"Simply Pools attended for our pool repair. The tiles had fallen off 4 years after installation. The problem was identified as lack of bonding between the concrete wall and tile adhesive. The only solution was complete tile renewal. The work took 5 days to complete and the Simply Pools staff were punctual, professional, polite and cleaned up after the work. They identified and corrected certain issues such as the silicon sealant which should not have been used around the fittings and skimmers. This was correctly replaced with epoxy putty. We were fully advised on the repair plan and products to be used. In addition we received a signed contract with guarantee. Overall we are very pleased with the work and have no hesitation in recommending Simply Pools."

"We have just had our sad looking pool renovated by Zoe and Julian. It was old and badly constructed when we bought our house and was badly leaking water last year. We tried to sort out the problem ourselves but couldn't. We contacted Zoe, who came with Julian to quote having it totally stripped out, leaking steps re-built and all new tiles and edging.
